Arriving in Cyprus
You clear passport control, collect your bag, walk out — and there is someone standing there with your name on a board. That is the whole product. No hunting for the rank, no queue behind twelve other exhausted passengers, no negotiating a price while jet-lagged.
We take your flight number when you book and watch it. If it lands forty minutes early, the driver is already there. If it is delayed two hours, the driver arrives two hours later and you pay exactly what was agreed.
Flying out
Tell us the flight and we will tell you when to leave. As a rule of thumb: three hours before departure for a European short-haul out of Larnaca, three and a half for long-haul or for a peak-season Saturday morning when the terminal is at its worst.
Cyprus roads are quick and the motorway to Larnaca is genuinely good, but the last twenty minutes at drop-off can be slow in high season. We build that in.
When things go wrong
They occasionally do. A flight is cancelled; a bag doesn't arrive and you spend an hour at the desk. Message the driver — the same number you booked on, answered by the same person. We do not charge you for a delay that is not your fault, and we do not disappear because the slot moved.
This is the part a booking form cannot do. A dispatch algorithm cannot wait for your missing suitcase. A person can.

Do you track my flight?
Yes, from take-off. If you land early or late, the pickup time moves with the flight automatically and you are not charged for our waiting.
Where do I meet the driver at Larnaca?
In the arrivals hall, past customs, with a name board. You do not need to find the rank or the car park.
Is there an airport surcharge?
No. Airport pickups and drop-offs are priced at the same flat fare as anything else — €85 saloon to Larnaca, €80 to Paphos.
How early should the pickup be for a departure?
For a short-haul European flight we suggest leaving Limassol about 3 hours before departure; for long-haul, 3.5. Tell us the flight and we will suggest a time.
Can you carry a lot of luggage?
Yes — the 6-seat executive van takes 6 large cases comfortably, and the minibus takes group luggage. Tell us the case count and we will send the right vehicle.
