One driver. One number. No dispatch queue.
Mao Taxi Express is not a platform, an aggregator or a call centre. It is a driver in Limassol with a phone that he answers himself, a car he keeps clean, and a price list he publishes before you ask for it.
Who answers when you call
Mao does. At 3pm and at 3am, on Christmas Day and on a wet Tuesday in February. There is no rota of strangers, no dispatcher reading a script and no chatbot asking you to describe your issue in a few words.
That is the entire proposition, and it is worth being blunt about why it matters. When your flight is cancelled, or your bag doesn't arrive, or you get out of a restaurant an hour later than planned, you do not want a booking system. You want the person who is driving the car.
Why every price is published
Because a price you cannot check before you commit is not really a price. Every route we run is printed — the fare, the distance, the journey time — and the number does not move for traffic, for night hours or for a public holiday.
Fixed pricing is not generosity. It moves the risk of a bad journey from you to us, which is exactly where it should sit: we are the ones who know the roads.
The "online booking only" problem
Some Limassol transfer services now advertise that they have no public phone number and no WhatsApp, and present it as a premium feature. It is not a feature. It is a cost saving, and the cost is yours.
A web form cannot wait for your missing suitcase. An email autoresponder cannot tell you the mountain road is closed. Ask yourself what you would actually want at 03:40 in an arrivals hall in a country you don't live in, and the answer is a phone number that a human picks up.
Ours is +357 94 006801. Try it.
